Question 1

How long does it take to set up the portable simulator?

Accepted Answer

About 60–90 minutes from arrival to first swing, including the inflatable bay, projector, launch monitor calibration, and turf mat. Teardown takes about the same.

Question 2

Can I rent the equipment only and run it myself?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Tee'd Up rental includes our on-site host. Pro-grade event simulators have enough moving parts - projector alignment, launch monitor calibration, contest flow - that DIY setups usually produce a worse guest experience.

Question 3

Does it work outdoors in the sun?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a few caveats. Direct overhead sun on the screen washes out the projector image. A tent, canopy, late-afternoon timing, or a shaded backyard solves this - we'll advise on the best setup when we scout.
