Question 1

Do you deliver a mobile golf simulator to Bedford, NY?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tee'd Up Golf Events is based in Brewster, NY (10509) and delivers to Bedford (ZIPs 10506, 10507) about 25 minutes from Brewster. We handle delivery, setup, on-site hosting, and teardown for every Bedford booking.

Question 2

How much space do I need for a golf simulator rental in Bedford?

Accepted Answer

Our inflatable hitting bay needs roughly a 15' x 15' x 11' footprint on a flat, level surface. Almost any Bedford backyard, tented lawn, oversized garage, finished basement, banquet room, or barn works - indoors or outdoors.

Question 3

What kinds of events do you host in Bedford?

Accepted Answer

Bedford clients most commonly book us for backyard birthday parties, wedding welcome events and rehearsal dinners, corporate team-building and appreciation days, charity fundraisers, graduation parties, and holiday gatherings. Every package is fully hosted and scales from about 10 guests to 200+.

Question 4

How far in advance should I book a Bedford event?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking your Bedford 10506 event 4–8 weeks out for peak dates (Saturdays May–October, holiday season). Because we're about 25 minutes from Brewster, we can often accommodate short-notice Bedford bookings that companies further away have to turn down.

Question 5

Do you serve areas near Bedford as well?

Accepted Answer

Yes - in addition to Bedford, we regularly deliver to Bedford Hills, Bedford Village, Pound Ridge, Mount Kisco, and other nearby Westchester County communities. Ask for a quote and we'll confirm travel logistics for your exact address.
