Question 1

How much space do you need, and can you set up indoors or outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes to both. We regularly set up outdoors on lawns, driveways, decks, and patios, and indoors in garages, gyms, ballrooms, warehouses, and event venues. Both experiences run on the same simulator, so either way we need approximately 15' x 15' of floor space with 11' of overhead clearance, on a level, suitable surface with access to power. Indoor or outdoor. Access to Wi-Fi is extremely helpful.

Question 2

Do guests need golf experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Both experiences are built for everyone - first-timers, kids, grandparents, and scratch golfers. Our on-site attendants walk every guest through it in seconds.

Question 3

Do guests need to bring clubs?

Accepted Answer

No. Clubs and balls are included with your golf package. Left-handed, ladies', and junior club sets are available as an add-on if you'd like extra options for your guests.

Question 4

How many people can participate?

Accepted Answer

There's no guest-count limit - rounds are short, so groups rotate quickly while everyone else watches and cheers. One guest plays the golf simulator at a time, and each Arcade Shooting package includes one controller (a second controller can be added for simultaneous play in compatible games). Tell us your guest count and event length and we'll recommend the right package.

Question 5

How does Arcade Shooting work?

Accepted Answer

Guests use an interactive controller to take aim at targets on a large screen - think modern-day Duck Hunt. Games are target, accuracy, and reaction based, our attendant runs every round, and we track high scores throughout your event.

Question 6

Can I book both experiences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Golf and Arcade Shooting run on the same screen in the same 15' x 15' x 11' footprint, and your attendant switches between them. Guests play one at a time. Golf + Arcade: 2 hrs $1,495, 3 hrs $1,995, 4 hrs $2,595, 5 hrs $2,995.

Question 7

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

We arrive ahead of your start time and handle delivery and full setup before guests arrive, then break everything down after. We confirm exact arrival and teardown timing with you during planning.

Question 8

What is included with my booking?

Accepted Answer

Delivery, full setup, on-site attendants running the experience throughout your event, guest assistance, and complete teardown. Golf packages include clubs and balls; Arcade Shooting packages include the controller and a curated game rotation.

Question 9

Can you run a challenge or competition?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every rental includes one challenge: Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, or a Skills Challenge. Additional challenges can be added, and an event leaderboard is available for challenge events. Our attendants manage it all for you. Let us know what you have in mind when you request a quote.

Question 10

Do you travel?

Accepted Answer

We serve events throughout NY, NJ and CT, including Long Beach Island, NJ. Vacation rental homes are one of our most popular settings, especially on Long Beach Island and the Jersey Shore - just confirm with the property owner or manager that we can use the space and a power outlet. There's no travel fee within our standard service area; travel beyond it is quoted separately.

Question 11

What types of events do you cater to?

Accepted Answer

Corporate events, weddings, birthday and private parties, backyard parties, fundraisers, bar/bat mitzvahs, festivals, and more. If you have the space, we can turn it into an interactive experience.

Question 12

How do I reserve my date?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due 7 days before the event.

Question 13

What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

The golf simulator is enclosed on all sides except one open end, and Arcade Shooting works indoors. If weather makes setup unsafe, we'll move indoors or work with you to reschedule on a date that fits everyone's schedule.

Question 14

What happens if it’s too windy for an outdoor setup?

Accepted Answer

Safety comes first. Outdoor golf simulator setups may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled when wind or other weather conditions make operation unsafe. Tee’d Up Golf Events makes the final safety determination. If weather prevents us from providing the service safely, rescheduling or other applicable options will be handled according to the rental agreement. See our Weather & Safety Policy for details.
